How we use it
We use your data to power goal intake, daily coaching, progress views, notifications you opt into, and connected experiences such as Garmin sync. We do not need your data to do anything unrelated to the coaching experience.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active so your history, trends, and coaching context remain available. If you delete your account in the future, we intend to remove or anonymize personal data in line with product and legal requirements.
